You can hire them concierge-style to manage the design, a vetted licensed contractor and the materials straight through construction, or for design and procurement only if you already have a builder.

They also act as an owner's representative, reviewing contractor proposals on your behalf, and do pre-purchase walkthroughs for buyers. Based on Dakota Drive in Jupiter, serving Palm Beach County and beyond.
