A three-to-five-page site is $500, a six-to-ten-page build $750, and either can be bundled with a shoot as one of three packages — Launch at $795, Brand at $1,250, or Signature at $2,350. Individual line items start at $99 and anything larger is quoted. Hosting, updates, backups and monitoring are free the first year, then $49 a month if you keep the care plan.

For real estate, it's listing media priced per listing — no website tier, no package, no retainer. Photos run $149, $219 or $299 depending on how many finished images you need, with drone stills at $99, drone video at $149, and a cinematic walkthrough at $349. An agent or brokerage that wants a website is simply a small-business client; the real estate menu is listing media only.

Aerials are flown by an FAA Part 107–licensed pilot, with airspace authorizations handled for you. If a Jupiter restaurant or shop looks sharp on this site, that's their work.
