Order seafood and a cold drink, blackened yellowtail snapper, sweet-potato-crusted hogfish, a chilled Maine lobster roll, or Baja hogfish tacos, and don't skip the U-Tiki potatoes, the cheesy casserole side regulars call 'heaven on earth.'
