Chef-owner Jeff Mueller's Military Trail kitchen is a dependable weeknight pick that punches above its strip-mall address: dough kneaded fresh daily, NY-style pies from 10 to 18 inches, and a short list of Italian standards done from scratch. Reach for the Hot Honey pizza with cup-char pepperoni and house-made hot honey, the OG Stromboli, or the airy house ricotta gnocchi tossed in vodka or bolognese. Casual, kid-friendly, and built for takeout that travels well when the couch is calling. Solid $$ value for the quality.
