A sharp, design-forward bistro on Tequesta Drive where chef Michael Luth (ex-Dusek's in Chicago) runs a scratch kitchen built on obsessive farm sourcing, in-house dry-aged duck, and pasta made fresh daily. The seasonal American-European menu reads small and ambitious: La Belle Farms dry-aged duck, handmade pastas like cacio e pepe or a rock-shrimp maltagliati, Florida black grouper, oysters, and a wagyu coulotte. There's an attached Locals Pub with cocktails and live music. Plan for a smart date night over a hands-on, refined dinner.
