Crux Coffee Roasters

A local roaster that takes the coffee seriously, roasting nearly a dozen single-origin beans on-site and selling them by the cup or the pound. Every espresso drink is hand-pressed by staff who'd rather talk you through the origin than rush you out, so order the iced vanilla latte or a double espresso the regulars rave about, or grab a cold brew. There's food too: breakfast sandwiches (the bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin is a standout), acai bowls, and a cheese danish. For anyone who reads the label before they order.
