New England-style seafood shack on US-1 for award-winning chowder and lobster rolls.
A no-frills seafood shack doing New England the way it should be done, with fish flown in from up north a few times a week. The award-winning clam chowder is the headliner, rich and creamy, but the lobster roll (chilled or warm Connecticut-style, packed with meat) earns just as much love, and the fried baskets and fresh oysters hold up too. Casual and unpretentious on the south end of US-1, it's a solid lunch or easy group dinner when you want fresh fish without the waterfront markup. Order the chowder, don't overthink the rest.
